Thomas Selby is a Business Analyst at the Firm. Before joining NewWorld he was a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at Terasol Energy, a leading clean energy company focused on developing next-generation feedstocks for the specialty chemicals, transportation and power generation industries. While at Terasol he was responsible for research, analysis, and project management in the U.S. and Brazil; and played a key role in managing relationships with clients and partners.
Before Terasol, Thomas held summer positions at Consolidated Edison, Inc. in the environmental division, and OTX, an online market research portfolio company of Zelnick Media.
Thomas has studied environmental science and renewable energy for years. During college he researched coral reef degradation and tropical rainforest ecosystem composition in Australia and Belize. He also authored research papers on international environmental cooperation, environmental justice, natural resource protection, and the environmental effects of biofuel cultivation.
Thomas graduated from Connecticut College with a BA in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Natural Science.
