Rob Pryor is an Associate in the Firm. Before joining NewWorld, he was a Senior Analyst at GE Energy Financial Services (EFS), a business unit of GE Capital focused on investments across the entire energy spectrum. While at GE, Rob was responsible for financial modeling, market research and credit analysis of clean-tech and renewable energy investments in the U.S. At EFS, Rob worked on a variety of energy sectors, including wind, solar, smart grid, and waste heat recapture. Additionally, he worked closely with EFS's senior risk leaders and investment teams to develop and implement a new return methodology.
Prior to EFS, Rob held positions at Aberdeen Asset Management as a trade support analyst on the fixed income desk, and at The Vanguard Group as a trade support analyst on the domestic equities desk.
Rob Pryor graduated magna cum laude from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance. He has passed all three levels of the CFA program and is currently accruing qualified work experience for full membership designation.
