Bob Kennedy is the Chief Financial Officer for the Firm. Before joining NewWorld, Bob held a number of senior finance positions at GE Capital for over 13 years, most recently Manager of Finance for Business Development within the GE Corporate Financial Services business.
Among his roles at GE Capital, Mr. Kennedy was the Chief Financial Officer for the Bank Loan Group, a $27B asset management platform within GE Corporate Financial Services, and Chief Financial Officer of GE Commercial & Industrial Finance, a $10B global middle-market lending business.
Prior to joining GE Capital, Mr. Kennedy spent 4 years at PrimeEnergy Corporation, an independent public oil and gas company, where he was controller. Mr. Kennedy began his career in the audit practice of KPMG Peat Marwick.
Bob Kennedy graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
