Our Strategy

  • We invest in middle-market companies and related infrastructure projects in the clean energy, energy efficiency, environmental services, waste management, water and materials sectors, principally in North America and selectively in Europe, where we will work in close cooperation with Ambienta Sgr., Europe’s largest private equity fund specialized in environmental investments.
  • We provide expansion capital to growth companies, development capital to clean infrastructure project developers, and project equity capital to production scale plants with no technology risk, low commodity price risk, and long-term offtake agreements.
  • We seek to diversify our investment portfolio by sector, technology, geography, and regulatory regime.
